![In a bleak development, a “Stephen [Tully Dierks] sucks” party is being thrown in the comments section of a HTMLGIANT post linking to some essay on “the novel” in whose comments section Benjamin Kunkel defended himself against charges (within the essay) of being “dogmatically bigoted,” also where I left some stupid-ass comment while bored at work, apparently.
Anyways, “Girlyouknowitstrue” has commented on my consistency as a commenter, and others, such as “dun dun dun” and “The Chorus of Everyone,” are getting in on making sure I know that I am consistently stupid as a commenter. I have responded in a lame, defensive, and defiant manner, as is my wont when being criticized (until “the future,” when I transform in a butterfly-out-of-a-cocoon-esque fashion into a relentlessly chill-ass Buddhawave bro who reads blogs and dispenses literature while bobbing gently atop the waves of a metaphorical eternal ocean of love).
Should I stop being so stupid?
